Who we are
We are Bell Music Academy and our website is https://bellmusicacademy.com.
What data we collect and why we collect it
The only time we will collect personal data is if you choose to send an enquiry through the form on the contact page or to fill in the form to join the academy.
By default, this will capture your IP address. To ensure the form submits you will need to fill in the required fields. This data will be stored for as long as is necessary.
The data you submit will only be shared with Bell Music Academy employees where necessary. If there is a need to share it with anyone else, we will obtain written consent from you.
The forms use Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. You can find their privacy policy here https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track website traffic. Collected data is processed in such a way that visitors cannot be identified.
Plugins
Certain plugins that are at use on the site store data by default. We have listed these here along with what they store, why and for how long.
Hummingbird
Hummingbird uses the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. Files and images served by the CDN may be stored and served from countries other than your own. Stackpath’s privacy policy can be found here.

We use cookies to give visitors to the site the make the site run as smoothly for me and visitors alike. You are welcome to change your cookie settings in your browser, but not allowing some cookies may result in parts of the site not working correctly or as they are meant to.
